An experienced Biomedical Research and Development executive with a PhD in Molecular Genetics from the Weizmann Institute of Science and a long track record in both Big Pharma and start-ups, corporate HQ and regional. Expertise in the Pharmaceutical industry, leading drug development through CMC, non-clinical, all stages of clinical development, as well as clinical development strategies and regulatory (FDA, EMEA, others) interactions, NDAs, leading INDs, as well as parallel EU activities. Effective leadership of international teams, planning and execution of global projects.

Member (2001-2008) of the Pharmacogenetics Working Group steering committee, an industry work-group tasked with establishing the practice of PGx in clinical trials. 

I believe that success is achieved by being engaged in a project you believe in, following the regulations but never abandoning common sense.
